Fully hands-on outpatient experience at Artisans of Medicine NYC, designed to provide meaningful exposure to U.S. clinical practice.
Clinical exposure includes: hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, arthritis, vaccinations, COPD, asthma, infections, and related conditions. Participants will review and discuss CXR, EKGs, Spirometry, and lab results under the supervision of the attending physician.
Observe patient encounters and shadow the attending physician in outpatient Internal Medicine and primary care at Artisans of Medicine NYC.
Cases include: hypertension, diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, arthritis, vaccinations, COPD, asthma, infections, and related conditions.
Shadow the attending physician in the outpatient cardiology clinic and gain insight into patient evaluation, diagnostic interpretation, and management planning.
Remote clinical exposure with EMR documentation training and live case discussions. No U.S. visa, immunization records, or health insurance required.
* Not required for Telemedicine rotations.
USMLE scores are not mandatory for any program.
Artisans of Medicine NYC does not provide visa assistance. However, we can issue an official Invitation Letter to support your visa application.

Ask on WhatsAppInternational Medical Graduates (IMGs) and current medical students seeking U.S. clinical experience. Hands-on rotations are designed for medical students, while observerships are available for graduates. Telemedicine rotations are open to all and require no U.S. visa.
Hands-on clinical rotations and observerships are $1,500 per 4 weeks. Contact us for telemedicine and cardiology observership pricing.
Letters of Recommendation are issued based on individual merit and performance. For the Cardiology Observership, LORs are provided on official hospital letterhead. It is imperative that participants arrive on time, have reliable transportation, and possess strong writing skills.
You will need: valid passport and U.S. visa, graduation certificate (or Dean's letter for students), recent passport-sized photograph, immunization records, USMLE scores (if available), health insurance, HIPAA Certificate, and Infection Control Certificate. Note: U.S. visa, immunization records, and health insurance are not required for Telemedicine. USMLE scores are not mandatory for any program.
Artisans of Medicine NYC does not provide visa assistance. However, we can issue an official Invitation Letter on our letterhead within 1–2 business days to support your visa application. The letter includes your name, rotation name, dates, and payment confirmation. Note that this is a supporting document only and does not guarantee visa approval.
All in-person programs are based in New York at our 100% outpatient clinic. Standard schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET; Wednesday, Friday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET. Cardiology hours are Monday–Wednesday 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM ET and Friday 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM ET. Timings may vary based on patient appointments.
No. USMLE exam scores are not mandatory to participate in our rotation programs. If you have your score report available, you may submit it, but it is not a requirement for enrollment.
