What an observership involves

An observership offers exposure to a U.S. clinical environment through observation. It can help you understand workflows, communication, and how care teams organize their work. The experience is observational; it does not include hands-on patient care.

USA Med Connect collects your background, specialty interests, and availability, then reviews possible matches. A placement is subject to review and confirmation.
